TEAM KEITH - PART 2

Hi loyal blog readers and voice fans. This is Part 2 of the Team Keith overview. Scroll down or use the sidebar to find part 1 of this overview. Also just reminding you that I will also be doing an overview for Team Delta and Team Seal. These overviews will be done after this Monday night's performance. I hope all my overview's help you learn about the teams.

Darren singing "I Believe"

DARREN PERCIVAL                                                            
Age : 40
Last performance : For his last performance Darren sang "I Believe". As always he wowed the coaches and audience with his pitch perfect singing and emotion packed voice. As has been said before (by Ricki Lee) Darren shows great joy when he sings.
Public opinion : Darren has a rating of 5 stars (out of 5) and is currently number 10 on the iTunes chart. This is not the first time Darren has made it into the top 10 on iTunes. Although shows like these normally see young stars being favoured Darren has proved that age is no boundary, if you have the voice.
My opinion : Although Darren isn't usually the type of person I listen to or the type of person I favour on shows like these, I have enjoyed his performances. I believe it is great to see someone above the age of 25, making it big in the music and reality Tv sector. I really do wish Darren the best in this competition.
Fun fact : Darren went to performing arts school and has been making a career of doing pub gigs and back-up vocaling for the past 22 years.

Brittany singing Different Worlds

BRITTANY CAIRNS
Age : 19
Last performance : For her last performance Brittany sang Straight Lines By Silverchair. Her and Keith were hoping to show a different side of her but the performance did not go as well as they had hoped. Brittany later admitted on the Voice website that she felt to much out of her comfort zone, when she was on stage, despite being excited before hand.
Public opinion : Brittany has a rating of 5 stars (out of 5) on the Voice website. Her latest performance is not on the iTunes chart but a couple weeks back, her brilliant verison of Different Worlds was number 1 on the iTunes chart for almost one week. Brittany is being loved by the public but with a disappointing last subject, will she make it through tomorrow night?
My opinion : Brittany truly does have an amazing sweet voice. I was extremly pleased when Brittany won her battle rounds and I do believe that she could win the competition.
Fun fact : Brittany was scared to perform on a stage until she made the school band in Year 10. This helped build her confidence and her love of jazz and blues.

Tomorrow night 2 people will leave Team Keith so you will have to vote for your favourites if you want to see them get through. I hope these posts helped you learn about Team Keith.
