Lakyn Heperi is in the competition. He made it through last week through the public vote and he has made it into the top 10 on the iTunes chart before. But is Lakyn a real musician or just a heart throb? This post will talk about both sides of the story.REASONS WHY HE IS A MUSICIAN
--> Lakyn has made the iTunes chart various times
--> His audition and battle round really showed of his voice, and how he does have talent
--> The coaches were impressed by his voice in the audition and battle rounds
--> He plays guitar well
--> His songs on youtube have been well received, getting mostly likes and positive comment
REASONS WHY HE IS JUST A HEART THROB
--> When he sang Forever Young and did not do as well as he should of (he even admitted it) he was still voted through as one of the top 2 and Forever Young made it into the Top 10 on the iTunes chart.
--> Girls cheer for him, guys often don't.
--> He sometimes has problems with pitch.
--> Even when he admittedly stuffs up, the girls love it.
I know this is a controversial topic and that is why I tried to show both sides of the debate. Personally I think he is a musician, who has just stuffed up once or twice. But it is up to you. We will just have to wait and see what happens this Monday and later on in the competition.
